Welding

Estimet has implemented a technology of welding carbon steels of material groups 1.1 and 1.2, i.e. S355 J2 steels and steels with lower yield strengths.

WE PROVIDE MAG-135 AND TIG WELDING SERVICES.

We offer welding services for carbon/structural steel, stainless steel and aluminum. The process is carried out with MAG-135 and TIG-141 methods. Our production plant meets the quality requirements of welding processes according to PN-EN ISO 3834-2:2007 and PN-EN1090-2:2018-09.
ESTIMET has implemented the welding technology for carbon steel group 1.1 and 1.2 according to PN-EN ISO15614-1:2017-08. These are S355J2 steels and steels with lower yield strengths in material thicknesses from 3 mm for fillet welds 3-23 for butt welds welded with MAG-135.
